Enough of the Freezing. When's Barbecue Season?

Thankfully the answer is – almost here!

With temperatures set to surpass 85 Fahrenheit this Saturday we know there will be a sweet cured smoke in the air, challenged only by aromas of sweet honey sticky sauce. Arizona be ready, it looks like you’re only getting hotter!

Temp: 80+
Outlook: Cool Barbecue Conditions
Dotted across America you lucky locations are even above the average temperature in your own states. With the rising weather you top off at just over 80 Fahrenheit on Saturday - offering the perfect chance to ease into the outdoor frame of mind by firing up that barbecue to complement the cool evening breeze. Don’t laze around too long though the weather is creeping up around you!

Outlook: Getting the Glaze Ready
Sweeping its way up in waves, the mid-70’s heat signals the turning times, and we’re not talking about your grandmother’s out of date knitwear, you guys actually are on the verge of being in season. Get ahead of the game and brush up on your recipes and hey why not get grandma making that secret sauce instead.

Temp: 70+
Outlook: Hang Fire ‘til it’s Higher
Of course we would never discourage anyone from BBQing it up large (and kudos to those who do!) but we’d recommend taking this time to prepare, both mentally and physically, for the onslaught of delicious meat treats that will be on their way with the coming weather. Why not start planning a family get together, party or event and dust off those grills and grill tools to be your trusty go to’s when you need them – it won’t be long!
